What is the second-level support?
It involves solving problems arising from the use of TNTConcept so that the aid will be provided by a technician who has been involved in the development of TNTConcept. This even will be able to access technical installation if you have the necessary facilities.
This aid is offered in packages of hours that will be hired in advance and that depend on the type of development.
