[ video ] The role of weekly goals, as its name suggests, is to allow employees marked targets to be met in the short term.
But, is mandatory to an employee to get that objectives? The answer is no. The aim of them is just make employees to create their own list of tasks they compromise to do. In this way, employees will not forget any tasks to be done and will help them to "turn off" when they are out of work.
Objectives can be in different states:
To manage objectives: Monitoring > Objectives
In this section, employees can fill in the information on each goal.
As can be seen is pretty straightforward. Just fill in the following details:
Employees can change the details of their goals weekly or set new goals clicking on: Monitoring > Objectives
[ video ] Display a calendar in which is presented the activities that an employee has done.
To manage it: Monitoring > Bitacore .
Its function is to serve as a medium through which employees indicate the number of hours they have put into making each of their tasks.
Thus it is possible to know what activities employ workers longer, and what activities are developed on an individual basis.
When charging hours is necessary to indicate whether the hours charged are billable or not (which is very important when working for clients), what company has been done the work for and what proffesional role the employee has played.
To charge hours, an employee must click on: Monitoring > Bitacore and click on the selected day.
