Account Entries, are derived from economic transactions undertaken by the company, so when there is a new entry, it must be taken into account what type of entry it is (cost, income, etc.).
It is desirable to categorize incomes and costs to obtain a better control on them (payments to suppliers, cost of renting facilities, payroll, etc). Therefore, every account entry is associated with a type.
To manage account entry types you must click on:
Master Tables > Account Entry Types
Meaning of every account entry type is:
Any economic activity needs at least an account where make deposits or withdrawals. But there is nothing that prevents a company to have two or more accounts where register the result of their activities.
Given its business approach TNTConcept can handle multiple accounts simultaneously, so you would associate payments or incomes to one of them, being able to take control both individually and collectively
Clicking on: Accounting > Accounts you can manage the accounts your company needs.
[ video ] Using this functionality you will be able to control issued bills to your customers due to services provided or goods sold.
The view will show relevant information about bills, for instance, the state of the bill or the associated project.
To manage everything related to bills derived of your business activity, you should click on:Accounting > Bills.
If you want to modify a bill, you must click on the button . If you want to create a bill, you should click on the button . In both cases you will see the next form:
To create a bill is simple, because you must only fulfill its data and using the button we can attached any file related to it.
We can even associate account entries to every bill, just clicking on the icon , then you select account entries to associate to the bill.
Using this option we can obtain very useful reports for the business, for instance, the actual date a bill is paid, the actual date the money is available in our account, we can check if a bill has been paid or not, if a bill has not been issued, etc.

Clicking on Accounting > Account Entries you will manage everything related to it. In this submenu you can also view the total amount of costs that has taken the company and the amount of incomes.

We can use the button to convert an entry in a periodical one. The other buttons have the same meaning as in the rest of the application:
[ video ] As their name suggests, These are account entries derived from operations that your company makes periodically (eg. the payment of payroll or collecting receipts issued to a specific customer).
This type of entry has a peculiar characteristic is that it allows make long-term estimates on the progress of the company.
To be able to manage this kind of entries you must click on:
Accounting > Periodical Account Entries.
It lets you know the state of the company treasury at a date based on the current balance of the accounts and on information from periodical account Entries.
It is a very useful tool for making long-term predictions because it gives factual information and lets you know what will be the state of your company treasury if everything develops as we expect.
You must click on Accounting > NOF.
